I have been experimenting with this idea of using my blog as a means of providing spiritual guidance and direction. There is a book I am using to inform my topics and so a lesser degree content. It is titled, “Disciplines for the Inner Life” by Bob Benson, Sr. and Michael W. Benson.  I am going to spend a year walking us through this incredibly wise pattern of how to be alive – to experience Zoë life as God intended.
